Communities
Communities is an easy and powerful way to organize your contacts into meaningful groups based on interests. ‍ You can leverage the power of Community Keywords to identify and add people automatically or add them yourself individually. When anyone sends texts using keywords, they’re added to the related Community.
Creating a Community

1: To build your first Community, head to the Communities tab on the main menu.

2: Click the + sign (top right on mobile, top left on desktop)

3: Title your first Community

Keywords

To help populate your new community, you can setup keywords. When contacts text you with a community keyword, they'll be automatically added to a community. You can add multiple keywords, and emojis.
