This will be the first time you’re communicating to fans that they can now text with you via your Community number. It’s important to be clear with the call to action and to set expectations with fans around how you’ll be using Community.

• Communicate immediately.

• Give Value. Build loyalty with your audience by giving them exclusive material, personalized responses, and unique access.

• Don’t make asks of your Community. They’re taking a chance to join you on this journey, in hope of building a connection with you.

Provide Proof

When you launch your number, one of the top questions you’re going to get is “is this really you?” Show them it’s YOU and not a bot! Post screenshots, screen recordings, videos of you replying to fans, and more.
